After a promising intro, this second outing of Crash My Deville, breaks loose with some mediocre metalcore.

I know, it’s pretty hard to be original in the current metal(core)scene, but when you make up the balance you noticed there is a pretty large ‘grey’ area. Full of bands who are copying eachother. You know, some Swedish Melodic lines, poppy chorus, obligated breakdowns etc.

I wouldn’t say Crash My Deville is one of them, cause here and there they add something to this genre and makes it interesting in some songs, like the tempo-change in ‘ Don’t piss down our backs and tell us it’s still raining’ or the ‘emo’ part in ‘ sorry…’.

However, most of the songs gives me a feeling that says ‘ where have I heart this before’. And you can take some long and pretty hilarical song titles, and you can record some 2nd hand boy sets fire parts, it doesn’t change the fact that they have to bring more than they do on this record.
